Step into the garden.
Butterfly pea vines on bamboo, red hibiscus by the railing, and pots wherever the sun reaches. This is where every box of Blue Bloom and Crimson Joba begins.
Picked fresh, every day.
The butterfly pea opens overnight and is best picked early, before the sun gets strong. My mother walks the vines with a plate in her hand and picks only the flowers that are ready.
By mid-morning the day’s harvest is sorted and on its way to the low-heat dryer.
Two flowers, grown at home.

Butterfly pea
A climbing vine with deep blue flowers. Brewed, it makes a blue cup that turns violet with a little lemon.
Blue Bloom
Red hibiscus
The red joba from the same rooftop. Its petals make a gentle, floral cup that glows brighter with lemon.
Crimson JobaOur roselle (Ruby Glow) is not grown in this garden. We source it carefully and choose it with the same care.
Taste the garden.
From my mother’s rooftop to your cup.
